"JR" "Punchline Just For Laughs STDds, HSAs, HTADI, DNA-VP (ASCA pointed, 10 point JS-N leg) “Ice” and Eileen continue to excel in their performance venues. In the morning Ice pulled off a 154 out of 160 in Pre-Novice and then finished the afternoon by taking a 2nd Place win in Rally Novice with a score of 94 out of 100. Not to be outdone, Eileen’s Siberian Husky “Dustie” had her first AKC agility trial and wound up with 2 Q’s and 2 first place wins in Novice Jumpers. Watch for Ice and Eileen at the ASCA Nationals!
"Aura" "Crystal Peaks Aqua Aura CL1-H, CL1-F, CL1-H, CGC (1 leg NA/1 leg NAJ/1 leg NF/2 legs TN-N/1 leg TG-N) continues to show what she is made of in the performance rings, picking up a 2nd place in Tunnlers and a 1st place in TouchNGo! Freespirit USDAA - Agility Trial
Jake closed out the 2008 year with a 2nd Place Jumpers run to complete his Performance Jumpers title in USDAA. Jake had a lot of success this year, completeing 8 titles. We hope 2009 brings even more success and fun!

Brandywine Valley ASC - Agility Trial
picked up three more JS-E legs toward her JS-E-OP title.
for a few runs. Kelly reports both boys did a wonderful job, but this weekend it was Zack’s turn to shine! Zack’s "Mom" is 8 months pregnant, and can't run agility right now, so Kelly stepped in and ran him. Zack picked up 6 out of 8 runs Qualifying to finish up his RS-N, GS-N and JS-O titles. He even got a Q in open regular.
Last but not least, Dave entered "Razzi"Punchline's Razamanaz of Clancy RA, JS-N (ASCA Altered pointed) in three jumpers runs, and she Q'd in two of the three to finish her JS-N title. What a weekend for the Punchline crew. Congratulations to all!

Blitz, Ice and Brite enjoyed an ASCA agility trial in Texas . Ice got to try his paws at a Pre-Novice run with the big dogs. Eileen tells me that he was VERY excited that he got to play the game at a trial. Baby half siblings, Dev and Troika cheered on from the sidelines dreaming of running themselves one day!

On Saturday, she was RWB to a 3 point major under Amy Burnette, and yesterday,she was WB for 2 points under an AKC judge. She now only needs the majors to finish.

trialed on ducks yesterday, and Suede did an amazing job! Out of eight advanced dogs she was second with a score of 122 :O) First place was HIT and that dog got a 123.

and Katrina shined again this weekend. This was Aura's 1st AKC agility trial and second trial ever she Q'd all three runs on Sunday. Katrina and the Crystal Peaks crew had the opposite of our weather with low 40s and flurries at night! Mom Lapis racked up the Q's and Grandma Lacy took her first AKC double Q's with a first place on Friday. Way to go! GOOD LUCK AT NATIONALS!

"Ice" and Eileen got 1st place in Pre-Novice with a score of 149 out of 160. The judge said Eileen had a great dog. He held his stays and did a wonderful front after the recall.
In Rally Novice Ice was wonderful, taking 3rd place team out of 14 teams!

Jake and I were at an agility trial this weekend. Jake and I finally got it together AFTER a 9 month break while I finished law school and passed the bar, for a Q in open JWW...Jake finished his Open Jumpers title! He was the only dog today to Q from either Open FAST or Open JWW (we did not run standard this weekend).

Suede and Kelly attended an AKC herding trial in New Jersey. It was Suede's first time trialing on ducks in AKC. She was entered in advanced and took a second place and Reserve High In Trial for a three point major toward her AKC herding Championship. She was one point (she got a 94 out of 100) away from HIT. She now has 5 points toward the Herding Championship, a third of the way there!
And on Sunday, Momma Tosca, had her Birthday. Happy 6th Birthday Tosca!

Jackson was handled by Paul and Kelley Catterson (http://www.alnairaussies.com/professional_handling.htm) over the last few weekends. Thank you Paul and Kelley for doing a supurb job with Jackson! 14 points, which included 3 majors in three weekends!!
Jackson is our first Bred By Champion and the first Champion at Navrock and we couldn’t be more proud of the red dog!!

Varkaus Dog Show for FCI groups 1 and 2
The Judge was Karl-Erik Johanssen, Sweden. "Nasu" Zestforlife Snowflake received a rating of "Good" in the Junior class. "Pate" was with Sanna and was entered in the Junior Handler class with Kati. They took a second in class. Pate behaved great, he hasn't been in shows since the puppy classes. Photos coming soon!

had a wonderful debut agility weekend with breeder/owner/handler Katrina Anderson!
The judge was Ken Perlemutter who is a fellow Aussie person and designs some really wonderful fun courses. The titles she earned were CL1-H, CL1-F, CL1-H she was a jackpot Q away from getting all of her level one titles.

Brite picked up several more Qs in agility finishing her TN-N, and on Saturday morning was WB/BOW/BOS over 31 bitches and at least one nationally ranked special
